and in life. We offer more than 260 internationally recognized undergraduate and graduate

College of Science and Engineering
The College of Science and Engineering offers majors and minors that range from biology and biomedical science to computer science, electrical and electronics engineering, geospatial informatics, chemistry and more. Graduate students can pursue a multitude of degrees, including a Master of Science in Applied Mathematical Sciences or a Master of Science in Computer Science, which offers concentrations in cyber security, artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, computer network and security, data science, software development and video game design. College of Arts and Humanities
The College of Arts and Humanities serves as the University's creative and intellectual hub, housing a diverse array of academic departments. The college encompasses the Department of Art and Design, where students explore visual creativity and aesthetic innovation; the Department of English, which fosters literary analysis, writing excellence, and communication skills; the prestigious Hall School of Journalism and Communication, preparing future media professionals and storytellers. College of Education and Behavioral Sciences
The College of Education and Behavioral Science offers a diverse range of programs, including teacher education, psychology, counseling, interpreter training, anthropology, sociology, criminology, political science, Army ROTC, and the Air Force ROTC program, as well as leadership studies. Graduate students can pursue advanced degrees such as the new Global Leadership Ph.D. program, designed to prepare students for leadership roles on a global scale. Serving more than 3,400 students, the college is dedicated to providing high-quality education, strong community engagement, and extensive outreach programs—among the largest in Alabama.
